Acer and Win 7

Hi... I purchased an Acer aspire 5735z in Germany with a german vista home premium installd .. I tried to do a win7 ultimate fresh installation ..It installed all the way to the desktop and keep shutting down and it give me an error C:\Windows/system 32/ winload .exe not found or corrupted .. installed again and again but no luckeven the repair install didn't work... any help is well apreciated.

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7? Could you have received a bad copy?

Sounds to me like maybe it was a pirated copy. They seem to do that a lot.

No it is genuin one I have multi user license and I have already installed it on my laptop,netbook and Desktop... I have a feeling it is something to do with the german machine stopping me from installing or modefying the system .. I dont really Know but it had to be that.. I am not really an expert .

Finally I sorted it out ..
for the benefits of the forums .. I had to take the HD out and format it in a caddy and put it back and reinstall.. all well now...thanks for all your help.
