Acer Aspire 5734Z

(Win 7 Home) I have trouble with Acer Crystal Eye Webcam. After wrap out this window, backup CD was bad and lost files. What am I do now to restore it ? Guy (repair shop) already download and it is: Camera_Chicony_1.1.74.216_W7x64W7x86_A
But it do not work. This icon is show... When I click on to it and not fully open and just flash that i not able to catch it, what it was and there must be something missing files to bring open it ? I not able to find, what name of driver by itself. Let me know what to do, with appreciate, Thank you ...

I try this link and i click open it pop up small sign and top bar said Acer Crystal Eye webcam and in the body of sign said...

Camera is not installed or camera is occupied by another user then OK

I borrow friend webcam single to test it and not work so I return it back I do not have single webcam with me or on my laptop... It makes me wonder it might be installed that are lost or what ?
