I was watching netflix and all of a sudden the screen froze and it made a loud noise like the last syllable the actor said was repeating itself over and over. I tried to mute the volume, but it wasn't changing. I had to reboot and whenever I rebooted none of my usb ports seem to be working. I tried the mouse and the keyboard. I tried different ports. I tried three different keyboards. None of my usb ports are working. Please help.
I thought about just trying to take the tower out and blow the dust out of it. Sometimes it's as simple as that. Though it did reboot just fine. I just couldn't use my keyboard to sign in to windows.
