A recent hardware or software change might be the cause to fix problem

Looks like the bootmgr was sitting in the recovery partition - and you just clobbered it. You have to activate the C partition and run startup repair 3 times. There are tutorials on this forum.

Follow these same steps to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Delete all partitions during the booted install using Drive Options pictured in Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7. You should always delete all partitions during a reinstall anyway.

Since you mentioned trying to install I assume that's what you were trying to do? If you'd prefer repairing Win7 after deleting its boot partition, then Mark the Win7 Partition Active
and then run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times to write the System boot files to C and start it.

Afterwards you can recover the space from the deleted Recovery/Boot partition using Partition Wizard Resize Partition - Video Help.

i reinstaled windows.. formatted all drives. & set my primary partition active(i.e 236gb the biggest partition).. and did the installation...

"i found out that non of my partitions where set to active, all was inactive, so i just set the partition active, & i started smilling"..
