Hey everyone, using a driver utility I have managed to get a Atheros Wifi driver for the Acer Aspire One. After you download it, just un-zip the contents and launch setup.exe, you don`t even need to uninstall previous drivers. The LED light works and it works after every reboot. The only problem you may come across is Network Location Awareness has stopped working (only happens after every 10 boots or so) ENJOY

Are you're saying the AOA150's default WiFi was or is of noteable issue, not as good as...?

If either, what Atheros driver version? Where'd you get it?

The novice I am, I have no idea if I can actually connect two laptops (an XPH SP3 & Windows 7 Pro) in a home network (so as to share my internet connection and files), but Ifailed at the point where it prompted me of invalid IP address (so I gave up as that effort resulted in losing my LAN connectivity).

Maybe that's not even possible with a simple DSL ethernet modem (it's not a WiFi routing modem), unless what, maybe I could achieve that aim via BlueTooth?
