acer extensa 5620. how old is this laptop?

just wondering... got one today for free. someone gave it to me.

they thought it was broke and went out and bought something new. lol.. I have a feeling it works fine, just overloaded with junk... tons of programs, files, and spyware.

think I'm going to just reformat the drive from the recovery partition and start fresh... and since I dont' need a laptop, this may hit ebay. need some money for car repairs...

I don't know from what year that model is based, but as it says here, http://panam.acer.com/acerpanam/notebook/0000/Acer/Extensa5620/Extensa5620sp2.shtml, they first appeared with Windows XP. And as it says here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acer_Extensa, The 5620 is the fifth latest model.
So my guess would be anywhere between 2005 and 2008.

I noticed too yes, so I looked at the versions of Windows it came with, and used that and the info from the wiki page to make a rough guess.
