Acer S231HL(Analog) Issue with screen size.

I have an AcerS231HL(analog) monitor that works perfectly unless I update windows 7 to service pack 1. Then the screen loses about and inch from both side and a half inch from bottom. In the menu that is accessed through the monitor itself is a place which should have the ability to change the width/vertical display of my monitor but it is not there. Instead it just has OSD and OSD Timeout listed at options. Is there someway to update the monitor besides getting a new driver for it(which doesn't fix the problem).

Hello,

Try chaging your screen resolution or changing the frequency of your monitor. Also update your graphics card driver.

What graphics card have you? the issue could be it and not your monitor..
What connection between monitor and PC are you usng? VGA or DVI?
