Did you Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?

Only 32 bit drivers are available from the Acer website probably because of the 4gb RAM limitation. If you have 4gb RAM and want to use 64 bit then we'll need to find the driver elsewhere.

Does it say in Device Manager exactly which model Network Wireless LAN device you have? If not then trace it using Hardware Identification, google or post back the exact make/model and we'll help you find the exact 64 bit driver. The 32 bit drivers are listed under Wireless LAN although you'll need to at least trace the make.

You can also plug it in by wire to see if an Ethernet driver loads automatically, then let Windows Updates find the other drivers, report back any missing after all Important and Optional Updates are done.
