Acrobat and photoviewer issue

sometimes, Acrobat Professional 8.0 and Photoviewer print the first two pages on a single page (30% of the first page and 70% of the second page) but the rest of pages are printed correctly.

i also experienced the exact same problem on XP with these two softwares. printer being used is HP1020.

why is this in network and sharing? Shouldnt this be in softwares??
