Acrobat: "Save pdf file as" window always in background

We generate a lot of pdf files, usually by printing them from whatever application the original content is in.

In Windows 7, the "save pdf file as" window does not pop up on top of other windows making it difficult to print to pdf with several windows open or an app maximized. Some of my less observant users are not seeing it in the task bar and complaining that Acrobat isn't printing or locking up

I never saw this behavior in XP or Vista.

Any idea how to fix it?

I am having the same issue. Happens in firefox but not IE. Looking further into firefox. Has there been any reply?
