acrobat x - don't have permission to download

I'm trying to download the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro X and it keeps telling me I don't have permission to download to the folder it defaults to. Tried a different folder and it said the same.

I'm running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

Is there a help that won't take computer tech skills to figure out, and quickly? I needed this yesterday. *sigh*
