Acronis True Image 2010 bootloader

I have a new HP Pavilion DV6 2113SA running 7 HP 64. The Acronis bootloader (ISOLinux, from a link supplied by Acronis) gets to the ramdisk loading......... but then sits there with a blank screen, the CD works on another system OK although it is a 32 bit system.

Is there anything in this screenshot that would cause this problem or is there another reason?

I'm using Macrium until I can get this sorted.

There is nothing in that screen shot causing the problem as the Acronis recovery disks loads long before Windows has a chance to start. If it is a problem with it loading best would be to post on the Acronis forums,

Acronis Backup and Recovery Forum | Forums

so they can fix it and get you a working ISO.
