Hello,
I have a windows 7 home premium pre installed notebook computer. All most all third party start up apps are loading faster, but action center icon takes 3-4 minutes to show up in the notification area. This is really annoying.
I tried changing "Security Center" service's start up type to "Automatic" from "Delayed Start" But still the same I also tried this with "Windows update" service and now it's loading faster with other apps.
I really want to know are there any other service or registry trick or something to decrease action center's loading time.
It won't launch faster...it is made by design as it's checking antivirus state an others security warnings and errors, firewall. That's why it is delayed to few minutes.
It happens on mine too.

This is actually due to the fact that the action center (security service) is set to auto delayed start. If you change it under computer management-services-security service- to automatic it will load quicker at boot.
