Active at boot is a great image tool

Just done myself an image with this neat imaging program and its fab, you get like a mini windows interface and its very user friendly. I really like the fact you can recover certain files from an image not sure if you can do this with the standard windows 7 image backup and other apps like macrium reflect.
Just wondered if anyone uses this app for backing up?
