Add a delay time to Taskbar autohide?

I like using autohide for the Taskbar, but it can sometimes be annoying when using a full-screen program in that when you approach the bottom of the screen the Taskbar pops up over the program you're using. What I'd like is a registry entry where I can either add a delay time so that the Taskbar only appears after hovering the mouse over it for 5 seconds or so, or to make it so that the Taskbar doesn't appear at all unless I use the "WIN + t" key combination. I can find all sorts of tweaks and 3rd party programs that add all sorts of functionality to the Taskbar, but none that do this.

Thanks, but that program is for XP and was last updated in 1999.

No, that's not it, either. What that does is change the amount of time it takes for a preview to come up when you're hovering over an icon. Thanks again, though.

OK. According to this MS website the website that I pointed you to in Post #2, which is for XP etc, works in Windows 7.
