"Add a Device" Box is Blank and does not show any devic

I have tried to use the "Divices and Printers", quick start from the "Start Window" but it does not show any of my devices. At one time it did show all my devices but is now blank. Does anyone have any ideas on which file was deleted or "?".

so what's changed since then?

anything new installed / added?
anything removed / uninstalled?

Go to search. Type services. Go to blue tooth, change it to automatic.
