Add exceptions to UAC?

Is there any way to add program exceptions to the UAC? I recently decided to start using it, and noticed that it prompts me whenever I start windows live messenger.. Bloody annoying. I want to add that to the exception list - is it possible?

There is no exception list that a user can change (that would be a huge attack surface).

BUT Live messenger should NOT be tripping it. At least not if it's a newer version. Are you using an old version? You might try upgrading to the one included in Windows Live Essentials...
