Add folder shortcut to the "Open File" screen? - With picture
Hi,
When programs calls for a file to be opened, it starts the "Open File" screen. On the left side there are a few custom shortcuts like Library, Desktop, Computer etc.
Some of these I never use, like the Network shortcut. Is it possible to remove this?
But more important: I use Dropbox a lot. Is it possible to add a shortcut to Dropbox (or any other frequently used folder) in the "Open File" screen?
Please see attached picture (although all text is in Norwegian you might still know what I'm talking about?)

Yes, it sure is. The tutorial below can help show you how to customize the list of items displayed in the Places Bar in common File/Open dialog boxes (ex: Save As, Open).
