Add item to right click

Just installed 'unlocker' and I would like to have it on the right click of the mouse,As per send to -unlocker.
Running windows 7,How can one achieve this task is it a simple method?

With 'Send To' you need a folder as the target. Make a shortcut of the target folder on the desktop. Then type shell:sendto into start/search and hit Enter. Drag the shortcut into the sendto folder. Close the sendto folder.
