Adding another ATA HDD

Hi, Am looking to add a new ATA HDD but the problem is I have no places to put it. A (ATA) DVD drive is installed along with a 120GB HDD. There is no where to place it and I prefer not to have it external, it may be my only option to use it via usb but prefer not to.

Any suggestions? :)

Your mobo supports IDE (PATA) drives, floppy drives, SATA drives and USB drives. I imagine you could use one of the older PATA IDE cables with 2 drive capacity and be just fine or simply purchase a newer SATA drive and have no worries.............

Yes I have a SATA Drive for my host OS but I have a spare 80gb ATA drive (My G3 died :() so I would like to use it

It will fit into any of the slots underneath the hard drive you already have installed.
You will have to move the cables out of the way to get it in.
Could be a good time to try some cable management and hide or move some of the cables to help with air circulation and cooling.

Yes but there are not cables to support it they have been used.

Replace the IDE DVD drive with a SATA drive and you can then connect the second HDD, probably the cheapest solution.

If you have already purchased the PATA drive the above is the best solution.
If you have not purchased a drive purchase a SATA hard drive.
