Solved Adding many adresses at once to a mail

Once a week I have to send an Email to a group of persons – some of them in TO, some in CC;
Because it is always annoying to type their names (even with autocomplete) I would like to have something like a shortcut that inserts the info into the TO and CC field.

I tried it with an email template, but opening it is a bit unhandy .. (New Item -> More Items -> Choose Form -> Select folder -> Select Template)

Is there any faster way?
Either to insert many emails (the names have to be there/ so no mailing list alias) or to open an template per short cut.

Have you tried creating groups or as microsoft calls them, distribution lists?
How to create a distribution list from your contacts in Outlook

Once you create the group it stays in your address book or contacts list then when you need to send to those two groups all you do is click on the group for To: and the email opens with that particular group.
Then you'll have to find the menu item that places Cc: into the same email and click on that group and it should be added to the same email. These groups are interchangeable it depends on which group you start with.

I apologize for my lack of nomenclature in using outlook as I have never used it.
