Adding Search Engine to Notepad ++ ?

To any here who may be familiar with Notepad++,

The title basically says it. I'd like to know if it's possible to add a search engine to Notepad++. Presently it allows me to highlight a word and search Google or Wikipedia. But I'd like to be able to search an online thesaurus site, since NP++ doesn't have a thesaurus plug-in of its own. (I mainly use NP++ for composing text, not coding.) There seems to be no way to add one, but not knowing that much about these things I could easily be missing something.

Just FYI I do have Word 2007 but I often prefer using a smaller program like NP++ for many things but miss the instant access to a thesaurus (for synonyms mainly). I figured, since I often have my browser open anyway, I could get by with an online search at thesaurus.com if I could get NP++ to recognize it. And I'd prefer the ease of a few keyboard clicks in NP++ to do the search rather than having to have a thesaurus site opened all the time in the browser and enter the information manually.

Anyway, thanks for any feedback! :D

(Btw, I'll spare any readers an extended description of my failed attempt to get NP++'s own forum site to recognize my recently created Twitter account (opened just for the purpose of starting a thread there). But that does explain why I'm posting here. Besides I got very helpful NP++ help here the last time I had a question, so....)
