adding ubuntu to BCD

Hi all! I have a little problem and hope you can help me to solve it.
I have 2 partitions.
On the first one I have Ubuntu 9.10.
After I installed ubuntu, I installed Win7.
Now I don't have any option in the boot loader to log into my ubuntu and I can run only Win7.

I've Noticed that in Win7 there isn't boot.ini file as it was in xp.
can anyone help me on how can I add ubuntu to my boot loader(BCD)?

Note: You may find it easier to start afresh with a single partition. Install Windows 7 to that and then install Ubuntu as a normal application by running wubi.exe.

This automatically adds Ubuntu to the start up menu.

Thanx for the answer!
the first link didn't help me because there were no info about editing the Win7's BCD.
I am trying now the program easyBCD which is supposed to help editing the BCD. Until now I had no success on adding Ubuntu to the BCD.
Another thing is that in the link you've given me the author's focus is on grub 2 and adding windows to grub. I prefer adding Ubuntu to BCD.

I although prefer installing Ubuntu on a seperate partition because I need it for work issues and in your suggestion (installing as NTFS file) it works slower...

If I won't have any other solution I will install it as NTFS file but I prefer not to do it...
