In XP there was a control panel applet that I could access via a right click on the desktop where I could change the characteristics of Windows Controls, like the size of the buttons in the title bar, the width of the scroll bars etc.
The same applet had sheets for the Screen Saver and display characteristics etc
Is there an equivalent in Win 7, if so where can I find it. I fear the worse - like they took it away
In Vista I'm sure the Personalize applet had an option for getting rid of Aero, its gone too.
BTW I'm not talking about the tweaks you can make in Performance Options, I found that.
thanks pjd
