admin installation privledges help

does anyone know how to make it so that only the admin can install games or programs on the computer i have more than one person on the computer and wanted to make it so that im the only one that can install programs or anything

The easiest way I know of is to activate parental controls on the other accounts. They will not be able to make system changes without using your password.
