administrative permission

im trying to delet the old windows file. when i do i get this message (attached)

I have administrative control but do not know how to get permission

Press continue. That will happen when you are deleting bits that contain system files. Are you sure you don't need the folder anymore? You can also clean it via disk cleanup.
