ADMINISTRATOR account not fully working.

My Windows 7 Home premium userid has ADMIN privelage. When in BACKUP and RESTORE the MANAGE SPACE and CHANGE SETTINGS buttons do nothing. I can backup system ok. The other buttons, eg CREATE SYSTEM IMAGE work fine.
Every few days ADOBE FLASHPLAYER pops up saying it cannot be updated as I need
ADMIN status to do so. Thanks,Jim

Just tried following:
right click on COMPUTER, then select MANAGE and nothing happens.
MANAGE needs ADMIN authority so seems I only have part ADMIN auth.
Jim
