Administrator account

hi

is there anyway to call the built-in administrator account on welcome screen in order to reset password of other users just like on xp

well

the story is like that

i came to windows 7 with password on it

i wont to reset this password .....can i???


i cant go inside now to Enable or Disable


usualy in xp i press ctrl alt delet

so the administrtor window came so i can pass and change the user password

can i do that in w7

no it is just the count of how is install windows at first

No need for the dramatics...can you boot into safe mode? (restart and press F8 until you see the boot menu. Choose Safe Mode)

But the same situation did not change a thing

The built-in administrator is only available in safe mode if there are no other active administrative accounts on the system.
