Hi everyone.
First let me say that I'm not computer savvy. So you may have to "dumb down" your responses if you're nice enough to help me. Somehow HomeGroupUser$ is now the administrator (with a password that I don't have) and Jim is a standard user. I can't download software or even do a registry cleanup because I'm not the administrator. This is just my home pc not on a network or anything. At least I think I'm not. If I am I don't need to be do I? I would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Jim

Gary,
Thank you for your help. The instructions want me to copy and paste something in the command prompt screen. How do I do that? Where do I copy from?

thank you,
Jim
