I am not sure what this is called, so I am just posting a picture of it:

What are the locks circled in red called? And how do I get rid of them?

The reason why I want to get rid of those is beacuse I can't see them when I run anything as an administrator (or even with windows explorer), or upload any of them to a website, or attatch to an email. Help is greatly appreciated!

With many thanks,
Lexsonn

Oh and, just in case, I am so sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I just don't know where it should go.

Hello Lexsonn,

Welcome to 7 forums! :)

These files are Windows files. I forgot how it is explained, but they are folders and files that microsoft included into the operating system that they dont want you to open/get into.

I will look for a better explination online later.
Not to worry though mate. Everyone has these files, and you only see them because you have selected to see hidden folders, or to see Windows operating system files.

There you go,
Ben

Glad to be here :D! and thanks for letting me know what they are called. It was just creating those when I used my Game Maker 8 Program as a non-administrator, or download some notepad files online.
