Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 Error installing

I already a few adobe products installed (when installing cs master collection I didn't choose to install all right away) I returned to the setup to attempt to install dreamweaver today, when I opened the setup I got a message:

"Installer has detected that a machine restart is pending. It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart try and again"

Restarting my computer does not make this error message go away, however I have an option to click "ignore and continue" after selecting dreamweaver and clicking install
it spend 20 seconds "Calculating" and "Preparing to install" and then displays a very very long error message:

As far as I can understand, the situation is not healthy enough . Some updates are installed which are creating problems and some required components are not installed there . Better you uninstall cs5 (Adobe - Adobe CS5 Clean Tool may help you in it ) and reinstall the requiredthings again .

have to agree with Arc here, and recommend a complete uninstall/reinstall of cs5.

it is a pain and will take quite a while, and you may lose preferences and custom workspaces etc, but at least your software should work once it's done.
