with this problem is often not even know how to modulate?have everybody one idea

I don't use Adobe Flash Player as it was giving me problems. So I deleted it.
Make sure you get the Flash Player from Adobe.com and not a 3rd party vendor.

When updating Flash Player -

1.An older version must be uninstalled using the appropriate uninstall tool first.

****** Make sure you have no windows open as you uninstall Flash.
Exit all applications: Check the task bar and the system tray to make sure no user applications are running. For example, if you see icons for browsers or instant messaging (IM) clients such as AOL Instant Messenger or Yahoo! Messenger, right-click the icon and select either Close or Exit.******

2.Carefully read how to install before doing so.

3.Download new version.
Untick the free Google toolbar if you don't want it.
Note the different downloads for IE, Firefox, Chrome etc...

Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player

4.Test that you have indeed installed it properly.
