Adobe Flash will not stay installed on my system.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate - 64 bit with ie9.
Everytime I start my system, I have to install Flash PLayer.
When I shut it down, it deletes the program but the flash icon is present in control panel when I restart my system.
I have uninstalled Adobe Flash and reinstalled the lastest dwonload but it will not stay installed. When I save the program to "my documents or desk top and run the program, the icon disappears and the program installs only to delete upon shutting down.

Scan found 450+ registry problems. I guess my PC tools registry cleaner program doesn't fully clean.

I note you used PC Tools Registry Cleaner....

Are you in the habit of running "Registry cleaners?" (e.g., Registry Mechanic; System Mechanic; RegCure; RegClean Pro; Advanced SystemCare; AVG PC TuneUp; Norton Registry Cleaner; PCTools Optimiser; SpeedUpMyPC; CCleaner Registry Cleaner)

Generic advice -
If you do not have knowledge of the registry, then you would probably be better off leaving it alone, and definitely not placing blind trust in a program to do the job for you.

To advise anyone that a "Registry Cleaner" works, and that it will fix or speed up their machine {or all the other nonsense that is often propagated about these things} can mislead people.

Should you decide to go ahead -
Make sure you have
1.a current System Restore point created.
2.a recent "Back up" of your computer- preferably to an external HD.

Suggest you run SFC at least 3 times.
Reboot after each one completes.

Ran cleaner until no files found.
Ran utility several times, 4+, found same two reg entries:HKEY_classes_ROOT\typelib(key #)\helpdir each time utility ran. Will not delete.
Each had different reg #'s
