Win7/64 fresh install of Adobe Premier Elements/Photoshop Elements 12 results in both apps terminating with no error message-they just disappear. Desktop machine i7 3770k processor Nvida GE force GTX670 GC 16 GB memory . Starting either Premier elements or Photoshop elements results in both apps just terminating with no error message. Tried all of the Adobe suggestions and there forum and live chat was total waste of time.
Since this same product set freshly installed on a Win 8.1 laptop works I suspect something unique on this Win7 platform. Any suggestions on what I could look at to determine cause for application termination?
