I can access the spool folder from two programs but a third is a problem. Can anyone tell me please where to find the dialog box depicted in the uploaded photo? I'd much appreciate it. The manufacturer's nose is too high in the air to instruct a simple person like me and I know you folks are a lot more down to earth.
