Advice on Best graphics card for £200

Just a quick question. The power supply that is already installed, not every wire is connected, some are just lose and aren't connecred to the motherboard or anything. Is this normal. I just want to make sure, as when I get my new power supply, I don't want to think that I haven't connected any of the wires up that need to be connected.

The graphics card Is a DVI input. Will there be a converter to VGA in the box.

Hi,
I just want to confirm a few things.

When the power supply comes, I simply take the old one out and fit the new one in. I have measured it and it will fit. I then make sure that it works and then take out the old graphics card and install the new one. I have also measured it and it is taller and longer, however it won't interfere with any cables or units. I then turn on my computer and install the new graphics card via the DVD disk provided. Roastermen replied to my earlier question, that there would be a DVI to VGA converter in the box, as my monitor output is VGA.

Also I have noticed that the new graphics card takes up 2 slots behind my computer, whereas my current one only takes up one slot. Is this ok and will it fit into the slot ok.
