What im trying to achieve is a very low ping and latency i don't know if there different
essentially i want to be as close as i can get to running in real time.

the price range i can spend is about $450.

your help is most appreciated.

I guess you can move closer to where the server you want to play on is located, but that will cost more than $450.

Your ping and latency is dependent on your distance to your ISPs main node and the distance from there to the server hosting the game you are playing on.
