Solved ADWCleaner results--over zealous?

I managed to acquire some malware that replaces the browser homepage and adds an undesirable search. After no luck with Malwarebytes, N360 and Spybot, I downloaded ADWCleaner which found not only what I was looking for but some other obviously not good stuff and then some that I wasn't so sure needed deleting. I ran clean on the scan results (and it fixed the browser problem) Except for the below list of the registry entries/files/folders that I thought might not want to be deleted (particularly uninstall.exe).

Would someone mind taking a look and pointing out any that I should NOT delete?

No, it's showing you there's still adware on your computer. Run AdwCleaner again and click to clean all of it.


For instance .... Folder Found : C:\Windows\installer\{86d4b82a-abed-442a-be86-96357b70f4fe} <---this is the "ask" toolbar.
