Aero Glass for Internet Explorer 8

I know that the address bar and search bar in IE8 is already in the aero glass look but is there a way to make the toolbars and everything have the aero glass effect? I know there is an add-on for this in firefox. Is there a way to do this in IE? Thanks

Does anyone have any idea on if this is possible? Would it be better for me to move this to the customization board? Thanks

Ive not seen anything like it and as far as i know IE8 will not support 3rd party full aero themes or mods.
