Aero Snap - An additional feature

dont know if this is actually well known and iv just missed it, but iv just found by accident that as well as maximising a window when dragged to the top of the screen, if you resize a window vertically to the top of the screen it will automatically snap to fill the screen vertically but not horizontally,

thought someone might be interested

as far as i can see the tutorials dont cover this, ill screenshot what i mean

in picture one, as you can see the window is in a restored state
in picture 2 i have resized (not dragged) the window to the top of the screen and snap tells you what its going to do with it
and in picture 3 the window has filled the screen vertically but not horizontally

just thought it was cool and havent heard of this feature before so thought id share

That does look interesting; I haven't "played" with snap much that's why I linked the tuts.

@barefootkid to be honest neither have i, i found it by accident because i was watching iplayer and working at the same time and resized the window to maximise desktop space without losing the video (side by side didnt give me enough space) and i happened to resize it to the top of the screen
