Ok I had to rebuild my machine it's a Dell Optiplex SX280, i used to be able to run the Aero theme with no problems at all but since the rebuild i can't I couldn't find the Graphics drivers on the dell website, there support forums were garbage so I did a windows update and it automatically found them. I give it a few restarts and I still cannot do the Aero theme? Pretty annoying really as it has worked before?

Any ideas guys?

Possible that with the grapics card, you cannot get all the features, but try this.

The bottom right, near the clock, there is a little box. Go online to a webpage, then put cursor on the box. Do you see the desktop? If no put cursor on the box, right click and check show desktop. Peek work any better now?

Got all the settings right, i can only assume it's the drivers personally as it has worked before and i am sure i used some 7/Vista drivers that i now cannot find and windows update has installed some generic ones possibly?
