i know that ,,,, it's Very disturbing from me to ask all these question but,,,, it is not working
it need an administrator permission ,,, but my account is an administrator

the second ,,that is the save mode it is not working
and my program installed in my pc it is not exist in the Uninstall program menu

Save it to a place you have permission like your documents, and make sure you use "CTRL+SHIFT+Enter" in step 2 that will run the command prompt with administrator privileges.

From what i can see from YupYup's post, your device does not seem to support write caching. I will look a bit more into it & get right back.

If you were to study what was required then you would have seen that what was written was based solely on the context of what was asked. What its effect on windows = it's the thing which "make" the windows and allow the "beautifull effect" like transparency, FLIP 3D, multiple previews. And the ability to use the GPU give better performance, looking and stability of the drawinf of the windows.
