after 45 min of watching videos, pc runs slow

after 45 min of watching any video, hulu, avi, anything, my laptop runs so slow and lags to the point where it takes 2 min to close a windows, and a reboot is needed, any ideas to why? cpu, or graphics card?

Type system information into the start menu search box then hit enter. Use ctrl+s to save. Then Winrar or zip the saved file. Attach that to a post and we could have a look.
