After a system repair my clock is 2 hours ahead

After a system recovery repair my clock is 2 hours ahead ..I am loath to change as I think windows time is corrupt..I know how to change it..but ...How can I tell..what might would happen to my system file, installs etc..if I adjusted the clock time or region. Anyone?

Make sure you Bios clock setting Is correct for your time zone & then set win7 time & time zone to your current one.

How do I adjust or correct the Bios time..can anyone help or point me in the right direction please

During normal boot up of computer, you start tapping the Del key, the F1, or other keys depending on your computer mfg. This will usually get you into what is called Bios setup. Look for a section to set curret time & date, Then save this & re-boot.
