Solved After boot, click start button, a rightclick copy-edit-paste pops up

Only way out of the submenu thing is hit escape key.
If I load chrome, it does the same thing, have to hit escape.
The little menu you can not interact with in any way.

How can I get rid of this ?

The keyboard had a stuck down key, one that brings up a right click menu. It is next to and on left side of the right side control key on the keyboard. Somehow it got stuck down. It is a little sticky, so needs some cleaning I think.
