After doing Disk Cleanup Windows finds new update?

I performed a clean up on the system files and after restarting the computer to finish the process Windows found a critical update KB2813347 which looks to be from 2013. Is it possible it got stuck somewhere while I was doing a clean install of windows 7 a couple of months back?

KB2813347 is installed on my system and I do Disk Cleanup all the time and it is still there.
I believe it is a security KB.

Yes that is correct but I am confused as to why the update popped up after I went to disk cleanup and selected clean up system files and rebooted my computer.

Hi Pedal,

Part of disc clean-up clears windows history in the CBS folder.
So the next time you run windows Updates it churns all the way through from the beginning, either accepting/rejecting each one.
If you previously Hid one then it will re-appear

I recently did a clean install of Windows 7 at the End of December but I did not hide any updates. What you said doesn't apply to me. Thank you for the reply though.
