I recently was playing a game (Tiny Bang Story), when I needed some help. So I went to boot Firefox 4.
After loading some Flash, explorer.exe acted up on me, so I started rebooting.
Now, when it logged me back in, it started explorer.exe for a few seconds and froze.
Rebooted again, into safe mode this time, and removed the game. A bit of progress...
The game was the culprit, however it still acted up on standard mode; rebooted itself within 5 seconds or so.
So I did a SysRestore via the install DVD: restore successful, still rebooting.
Used Startup Recovery: no issues.
Using SFC /scannow via Safe Mode... hope this works.
If it doesn't, what can I do? Thanks.

First while your in safe mode and you can use the PC. Go into System, Advanced system Settings, Startup and Recovery, Settings button and turn OFF "Automatically restart".

That will at least give you a error code on the BSOD so you can figure out what is causing this.

Okay, I changed the options, confirmed, and I got an Internal Power error.

Booted into standard mode and... it didn't reboot itself. BUT I saw a black and white square on the upper left of the screen.

It also doesn't load services, and a LOT of other things. Loads Aero though...

Over 75% of the Admin stuff cannot be accessed even. What gives?

I'd say you are infected with something.

Download Malwarebytes and run that first. Then post results here.

Running a virus scan first via ClamWin. Will install after the scan.

Here is an update:
I used MalwareBytes, Spybot, AND Registry Mechanic... found issues.
HOWEVER the issue lays with my ethernet. When Windows wants to utilize the controller, it can't! Reboots or hangs Windows!

EDIT: If you want my BSOD Stop Msg, it happens if I change the option to auto reboot on Safe Mode.
"Internal Power Error" "0x000000a0 (0x00000001, 0x00000006, 0x85b3ac70, 0x00000000)".

EDIT 2: Started up Guest. To my surprise, here is what the BSOD showed me, but there is no reason, just addresses: "0x0000007e (0xc0000006, 0x86b7a740, 0x8d51fb74, 0x8d51f750)
