Solved After removing ScropionSaver, IE 11 does not load majority of websites

After removing ScorpionSaver, IE 11 does not load majority of websites

I removed ScorpionSaver from my laptop using Malwaretips.com "Scorpion-Saver-Removal" Guide. Per Malwaretips Removal Guide, I used Adwcleaner, Junkware, Malwarebytes Pro and Hitman Pro as my removal tools, plus Windows 7 "Uninstall" on ScorpionSaver program. I also did a "reset" in IE 11 & deleted my personal settings per Malwaretips Removal Guide. Since I did this, IE 11 will only load a few sites like Google, Amazon. All others, I see IE 11 trying to reach them but never displays their web page. Google Chrome and Firefox reached all the sites without any problems. I have spent most of the day researching my problem but have failed to come up with a solution. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.

Create a new administrator account,

If the issue does not occur in new user account then refer the following link to fix the corrupted user account.
