After Windows7 updates Windows will not open.

Hello, I hope someone can help me with my problem. Before I shut down my computer for the night a few days ago, some Windows updates downloaded, and then the computer shut down normally. The next morning I tried to turn it on, and it says Windows is loading files, after that the normal windows screen comes up, it says Starting Windows. Then it goes to a blue screen and just stays there. I waited half an hour one time and it just stays that way. So obviously Windows7 is not starting, like it says. If someone could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you

There was a problem with AVG a few days ago, maybe you have the same issue.

Basically uninstall it, if you can't get to Safe Mode, there is also an alternate method to uninstall in the link.
