Age of Empires III! [ALL]

Hello, sorry. I have searched around the forum and I've found out that Age of Empires III does work on Windows 7 BUT I'm too newbie to understand. Can someone please tell me how to make it work? Actually, I'm just having some small issues rather than those extreme ones like whenever I play the game, my theme has changed to Windows 7 Basic rather than the Aero theme. I have try compability mode, apply the latest patch, etc and I would like to know that is there any way around it? Please and thank you.

Uhh, all games change the system frame to Windows 7 basic. After you close the game, it changes back.

AoE3 works perfectly in 32 and 64 bit Win 7.
As Coolness said, games will change the scheme to Basic, but with AoE3, you notice before the game loads. It was the same with Vista.
